Online Video Delivery with Secure Download Link

All of our depositions are delivered via a secure download link. This reduces the risk of lost USB drives or scratched DVDs and offers reliable and fast transfer of video files whether you are working in the office or remotely. Of course, if you prefer USB or DVDs, we can do that as well.

Remote Depositions Done Right

Just because anyone with a laptop can record a zoom depo does not mean they should. We record every remote deposition we take in multiple formats, with multiple backups. We provide a witness only video as well as a version that is witness and shared screen if exhibits are being shown. You will never see an attorney’s face, or a chat message pop up, or hear zoom notification sounds when participants come and go. We treat remote depositions with the same reverence as traditional in-person depos so that when it come to trial, you won’t have any surprises.

Hi-Def, High Quality, Picture-In-Picture Depositions

Legal Media is one of the only firms in Houston to offer Hi-Definition Picture-In-Picture depositions enabling exhibits to be presented alongside the deponent by using an ELMO®/Document Camera, Laptop, and/or iPad®. This service is also particularly effective when having witnesses explain diagrams, pictures, or spreadsheets which can be difficult to present in court with trial presentation software. We provide a high quality, clear recording of the deposition. The exhibits displayed will be just as clear as what was presented at the deposition.

Location Videography and Still Photography

We can come on location and record the actual people and places involved in your case for use at trial and mediation.
